Description of Service

Foodies is a recipe discovery platform that aggregates and displays recipes from food creators. We provide tools to browse, search, save, and organize recipes. All full recipe content is hosted on the original creator's website — Foodies links you there.

Account Registration

To save recipes and create boards, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Choose a username (if applicable) that is 3–20 characters and contains only lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores
• Not impersonate other people or entities
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Foodies
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the service
• Attempt to circumvent bot protection or rate limiting measures
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Recipe Content

Recipes displayed on Foodies are sourced from food creators with permission. Foodies does not claim ownership of recipe content. All recipes link to the original creator's website where the full recipe, instructions, and photos reside.

We make no representations about the accuracy of recipe content, including ingredients, instructions, or nutritional information. Always verify recipes on the original creator's site before preparing food.

Advertising

Foodies displays advertisements from third-party advertising providers. By using Foodies, you acknowledge that:

• Ad content is provided by third parties and is not endorsed or reviewed by Foodies
• Ads may be targeted based on your browsing behavior in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Foodies is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertised third-party websites

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Foodies, including board names, descriptions, profile information, and profile photos. By submitting content, you grant Foodies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not violate third-party rights.

Disclaimers

Foodies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform, including nutritional information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to reliance on recipe content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
